Express shipments are made via DHL express.
For Italy, Europe and the United States deliveries are made in 48 hours .

Shipments are free over € 100.00 spent on Italy , or a express parcel it costs €7.00 with delivery in 24-48 hours. The free order pick-up option is also available at our shop in Via Cavour 8 - 18038 Sanremo (IM).

For Europe and USA over € 250.00 of purchase the express shipping in 48 hours it is free. The cost may vary depending on the country from €20.00 to €30.00.

For the rest of the world shipping is free over €350.00 spent, delivery in 72 hours, or at a cost of €50.00 for express delivery.

The exact calculation of the cost of shipping takes place at checkout.

Ancillary service is available insurance total order with DHL, for the cost of 10% of the value of the products purchased.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during shop opening hours, excluding public holidays and in the periods indicated on the website. Shipments are made at 16:00, an order received by 12:00 will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays and weekends) while an order placed after 12:00 will be shipped the following day.

Both Nomuri and the carrier used for delivery send a e-mail with the confirmation of shipment and the number of tracking to follow the status of your package in real time (to take advantage of this free service, make sure you have provided a correct email address). The delivery can be customized by following the link of the shipping company which will also notify you via SMS (also for this service it is necessary to enter the correct telephone number during the purchase) of the expected delivery date, thus being able to choose the most congenial time or if you want to leave the parcel to a collection centre.

Due to COVID protocols and war situation in some European areas, delays may be expected in some periods according to government security measures.

Nomuri cannot be held responsible for shipment delays caused by the courier, extraordinary weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond Nomuri's control.
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. Nomuri's parcels are carefully sealed.
If the customer receives a box that has been opened by the Customs or by the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the institution.
If the package appears to have been tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint file with DHL and promptly contact Nomuri at
In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reserve, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with Nomuri and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender at the expense of the customer.

It is possible that for shipments outside the European market customs duties may be applied, which are charged to the customer. Please follow the status of your order, especially when the package is being delivered. If you are not at home, the purchased product will be left by the postal company of your country in the nearest collection centre. Through the free Smart Alert service that we offer, the customer who has provided a correct email address will be notified of the expected date for the delivery of his order. Usually after a period of 2 weeks or more the package is returned to the sender if nobody collects it, make sure you go and collect it. If the package is not collected, the shipping costs and any additional costs will be deducted from the refund that will be made once the aforementioned package has been received back, and its status has been verified.
