By placing an order you are purchasing a product subject to the following terms and conditions.
All products sold by NOMURI are original, we are an authorized retailer.
All orders are subject to availability and order confirmation. To complete an order with NOMURI you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank. NOMURI retains the right to refuse any request from the user. If the order is accepted, we will inform you by email. THE ORDER IS NOT CONSIDERED ACCEPTED UNTIL RECEIPT OF THE SAME CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Nomuri sends an email with the confirmation of shipment and the tracking number, the same number to track the package is also provided by the DHL forwarder via email and via SMS and it will be possible to choose when the delivery will take place by following the link sent by the shipping company . It is possible, in exceptional cases, that a purchase is not confirmed due to problems deriving from the payment site or platform, or if, when checking the product, Nomuri realizes that the product has a manufacturing defect (each order is checked before that the package is sent, thus avoiding a possible return procedure) in this case we will provide for an immediate refund or blocking of the payment. In this unfortunate case The speed with which the money returns to your bank account or credit card depends on your bank. The order acceptance times and its processing are constant and vary only in exceptional situations.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 12 can be processed the same day. Any guarantees or declarations made for delivery times may be subject to postal delays or force majeure, strikes, COVID protocols, customs security, etc. For any loss or damage during transport, the responsibility falls on third parties, i.e. the carrier, to which the transport is entrusted.
When placing an order you agree to provide all true and accurate payment details, that you are authorized to use your credit or debit card to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of products and services may be subject to change at any time at NOMURI's discretion.
In addition, the customer undertakes to provide correct data on the shipping address, in addition to the name and surname and any contact persons for delivery. If the data provided is not true and the package cannot be delivered correctly, the responsibility and any costs in the reimbursement phase fall on the customer.
For orders placed by bank transfer, it is preferable to send a payment receipt by email to info@nomuri.com with the order references.
NOMURI will wait for the normal times for the receipt of the bank transfer, once the order has been successfully concluded with the receipt of the payment, the normal order confirmation will be sent and the package shipped.
The products marked as finished or SOLD OUT are effectively finished and unless there are exceptions they will not be available again, it is not possible to order products that have already finished.
Orders are processed by our shop in Sanremo (Italy), from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the same day as the order date if placed before 12:00, or the first available working day. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday afternoon.

Returns
The return is valid only for shipments to Italy. For foreign shipping it is difficult for tax reasons, for this reason we undertake to scrupulously check each product, but individual cases with return requests will be evaluated. We can accept a return request from the customer only when the product has clear manufacturing defects, different from normal defects that can characterize an entire product line,
or unique products which for this reason may be slightly different from the product shown in the photo, such as tie dye washes, or prints on collectible toys. We do not change products for wrong sizes or wrong fits, NOMURI is available for a telephone comparison to help the potential customer in the purchase process. The return will be accepted if the request is made within 10 days of receiving the order.
The return is valid only for shipments to Italy. Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original tags, wrappers and other accessories received in the package. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged and altered or used as a packing box for shipping. If customers wish to return the goods, they are requested to contact Nomuri at the email address info@nomuri.com. Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally shipped. The shipping costs associated with the return of the goods are charged to the customer. In the return procedure it is necessary to provide a tracking code for the shipment.

Refunds
In the event that the customer requests a refund for the returned order, the refund is made on the same day of receipt of the package and only after the quality control of the returned items.
For orders paid for by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, in each case it is about 20 working days. If the purchase is made through Paypal, the refund procedure will be immediate, always after checking the returned items.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (EURO). Shipping costs are never refunded, the return is charged to the customer.
There is no right of withdrawal from the contract when it comes to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (in terms of colour, size, fabric...) or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or be altered quickly.

Coupons
NOMURI offer discount promotional codes which may be applied in connection with any purchase or certain purchases made through this website. The terms of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Certain brands and products may be excluded from all promotional and discount codes at NOMURI's sole discretion. A promotional code cannot be used after placing an order, but if the specific case allows it and the discount voucher does not expire, it can be used for the next purchase.
